My So Easy Tomato Beef Kluski is a one-pot, hearty, quick and easy dinner made with egg noodle pasta, ground beef, onions, tomato juice, garlic powder, beef bouillon, salt and pepper. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown ground beef with onions on medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
Drain fat from beef.
Add noodles, tomato juice, beef bouillon, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the pot with the beef and onions. Stir until combined.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and cover.
Stir occasionally and also make sure the heat is high enough for a simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Serve and enjoy!
Store left over Kluski covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Kluski can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight freezer bag or container.
