Jumbo Funfetti Rice Krispies Treats are thick, crispy, buttery, gooey and loaded with marshmallows white chocolate and sprinkles. They are absolutely EXTRA!

- 9 tablespoons (113g) butter 1 tbsp for buttering the pan and 8 tablespoons for the recipe.
- 25 oz (707g) mini marshmallows (two and a half 10-oz bags) Set aside 1/2 bag
- 12 cups (360g) Rice Krispies cereal
- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips
- 10.5 oz (298g) rainbow sprinkles (about 1 1/4 cup)
Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Melt butter in a extra large saucepan on low heat.
Once butter is melted, add 2 bags of the marshmallows (set aside the remaining) and stir until completely melted. (I like to use a rubber spatula to scrape the bottom of the pot while I'm stirring.)
Add the Rice Krispies, white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles to the pot and stir until almost completely combined.
Add the remaining 1/2 bag of marshmallows and mix until combined.
Add mixture to buttered baking dish and push down evenly with a spatula or your hands. (I add some nonstick cooking spray to my hands so the mixture doesn't stick to my hands.)
Allow Rice Krispies treats to cool completely at room temperature for about 1 hour before cutting and serving. Once cooled, cut into 12 even squares. Enjoy!
Store Jumbo Funfetti Rice Krispies Treats in an airtight container or sealed food storage bag at room temperature for 4-5 days or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Treats can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight freezer bag or container.
