Copycat Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce

My Copycat Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce is thick, smoky, sweet and perfect to use with pulled pork, ribs, chicken and anything else you like to pour your sauce on!

- 2 cups (470g) ketchup
- 1/4 cup (85g) molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup (250g) pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan. Stir until combined.
Bring sauce to a simmer on medium-high heat.
Once the sauce is simmering, lower the heat and continue simmering for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Brush onto meat of your choice.

This sauce can be kept refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. It can be frozen in an airtight freezer bag or container for up to 3 months.
